AC charging pile (plug) technical requirements

1. Environmental conditions

1 Working environment temperature: -20 ° C ~ +50 ° C;

2 Relative humidity: 5% to 95%;

3 altitude: ≤1000m;

4 Installation location: outdoor;

5 Earthquake resistance: ground level acceleration 0.3g;

Ground vertical acceleration 0.15g;

The equipment shall be capable of withstanding three simultaneous sine waves at the same time, and the safety factor shall be greater than 1.67;

2, structural requirements

1 AC charging pile (bolt) housing should be strong;

2 The structure must be protected from easy access to the exposed parts;

3 AC charging piles (plugs) should be selected from steel with a thickness of 1.0 or more. The surface is treated with dip-coating and the heat dissipation requirements are fully considered. Charging piles (plugs) should have good shielding function against electromagnetic interference;

4 Charging piles (bolts) shall have sufficient supporting strength and shall provide the necessary facilities to ensure proper lifting, transport, storage and installation of equipment, and anchor bolt holes shall be provided;

5 The bottom of the pile (plug) body should be fixedly mounted on a pedestal not less than 200mm above the ground. The area of the pedestal should not exceed 500mm × 500mm;

6 Pile (plug) body shell should be made of materials with strong impact resistance, good anti-theft performance and anti-aging;

7 Non-insulated materials should be grounded reliably;

3, power requirements

1 input voltage: single phase 220V;

2 Output power: single phase 220V/5KW;

3 frequency: 50Hz ± 2Hz;

4 The allowable voltage fluctuation range is: single phase 220V ± 15%;

4, electrical requirements

1 After the plug and socket are correctly connected and confirmed successfully, the load can be closed and the circuit can be closed to realize the power supply to the socket;

2 The leakage protection device shall be installed on the incoming side of the power supply cable;

3 The protection of low-voltage power distribution equipment and lines shall meet the relevant provisions in the “Design Specification for Low-Voltage Power Distribution” (GB/50053);

4 For the IT system distribution line, when the first ground fault occurs, the sound or light signal should be sent by the insulation monitoring device. When the second out-of-phase ground fault occurs, the overcurrent protection device or the leakage current action protector should be used. Cut off the fault circuit;

5 In lighting distribution systems, lighting and outlet circuits should not be powered by the same circuit. The power supply side of the socket circuit shall be provided with a residual current action protection device with a rated operating current of 30 mA;

6, security protection function

1 AC charging pile (bolt) should have emergency stop switch, which can be stopped urgently by manual or remote communication;

2 AC charging pile (plug) should have leakage protection function on the output side;

3 AC charging piles (plugs) shall have over-current and short-circuit protection on the output side;

4 AC charging piles (plugs) should have a flame retardant function;

7, IP protection level

AC charging piles (plugs) shall comply with IP54 (outdoors) and be equipped with necessary rain and sun protection devices;

8, three defense (anti-moist, anti-mildew, anti-salt fog) protection

Circuits such as printed circuit boards and connectors in the charger should be protected against moisture, mildew and salt spray. The anti-salt spray corrosion ability meets the requirements of GB/T 4797.6-1995 "Electrical and electronic products, natural environmental conditions, dust, sand, salt The requirements of Table 9 in the fog enable the charger to operate normally in a humid, salty fog environment;

9, anti-rust (anti-oxidation) protection

The charging pile (plug) iron casing and the exposed iron bracket and parts shall adopt double-layer anti-rust measures, and the non-ferrous metal casing shall also have anti-oxidation protective film or anti-oxidation treatment;

10, wind protection

The charger installed on the platform and the exposed parts shall be able to withstand the relative wind speed at different altitudes and heights as specified in Table 9 of GB/T 4797.5-9 “Precipitation and Wind of Natural Environmental Conditions for Electrical and Electronic Products”;

11, anti-theft protection

The electric pile (plug) shell door shall be equipped with anti-theft lock, and the bolts for fixing the AC charging pile (plug) shall be installed or disassembled after opening the outer casing door;

12, temperature rise requirements

The AC charging pile (plug) shall be continuously operated for a long time under the rated load, and the temperature rise of each internal heating component and each part shall not exceed the requirements of Table 2 of Q/GDW 3972009;

13. Mean time between failures (MTBF)

MTBF should be no less than 8760h;

14, the installation vertical inclination does not exceed 5%;

15. The equipment installation site must not have explosive hazardous media. The surrounding media does not contain harmful gases and conductive media that corrode metals and damage insulation.

Direct current

a) charging pile (plug) power input voltage: three-phase four-wire 380VAC ± 15%, frequency 50Hz ± 5%;

b) The charging pile (plug) should meet the charging target

c) The charging pile (plug) output is DC power, and the output voltage meets the battery standard requirements of the charging object;

i) Charging pile (plug) communication interface adopts CAN communication interface, and the communication protocol is implemented according to the communication protocol (provisional) between GB/TXXXXXXXX electric vehicle battery management system and non-vehicle charger (charging object is lithium battery electric vehicle) ;

j) The charging pile (plug) shall have corresponding alarm and protection functions for the abnormal state during charging;

k) The charging pile (plug) should monitor the state of the battery. According to the temperature of the battery, the voltage is automatically adjusted according to the charging curve, charging current and charging voltage.

l) The charging pile (plug) is forced air-cooled;

m) The charging level of the charging pile (plug) complies with the IP54 requirements of GB 4208-1993 Enclosure Protection Level (IP Code);
